Languages, their cultures and their sounds have always fascinated me.

As a young woman, I had the privilege of discovering many countries as a flight attendant with Swissair. The passion for travel, which I share with my dear husband David, has remained.

Languages fascinated me so much that I studied German, English and French at the University of Fribourg and have been sharing my passion with my students as a secondary school teacher at the OS Düdingen for 20 years.

Besides reading, yoga, Jassen (Swiss card game), hiking and much more, I discovered the fascination of singing bowls. I had the privilege of completing the training at Vitalhaus Lischera with Lina Burla.

Since summer 2025, I am also a certified PEP® practitioner according to Dr Michael Bohne.
