Aus Gründen der besseren Lesbarkeit wird die weibliche Sprachform verwendet. Sämtliche Personenbezeichnungen gelten gleichermassen für alle Geschlechter.

Diese allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) sind Grundlage für jegliche Verträge bezüglich Dienstleistungen zwischen Caroline Brühlmeier (nachstehend “Onda Ananda” genannt) und der Kundin. Die AGBs sind auf der Website zu finden. Mit dem Erwerb von Angeboten und Leistungen von Onda Ananda akzeptierst du diese Geschäftsbedingungen in allen Punkten vorbehaltslos.

All treatments by Onda Ananda are carried out in consultation with the client, who commits to providing truthful information about their health status.

If, despite professional application, consequential damage occurs due to a client having concealed reasons for exclusion, Onda Ananda is released from all liability. The same applies to damage resulting from an exclusion reason that was unknown to the client herself and not recognisable by Onda Ananda.

Treatment by Onda Ananda is based on the current state of knowledge. Due to differing opinions on treatment methods, no liability is assumed.

If the treatment cannot be carried out for reasons on the part of Onda Ananda (e.g. illness), Onda Ananda cannot be held liable for damages. There is no entitlement to the treatment being carried out.

The costs of agreed appointments not attended by the client are to be borne by the client, unless the appointments were cancelled 24 hours in advance in person or by telephone. Cancellations via electronic media are only binding once confirmed. In the event of late arrival for an appointment, the agreed treatment time will be charged in full.

The price stated on the homepage is paid in cash or via Twint after the service has been provided. For 5-session packages, payment is collected on site or an invoice is issued. Payment of the invoice is due within 10 days and is only valid upon receipt of payment. After this deadline, the client is automatically in default.

Reimbursement by the health insurance company is not possible.

If the client causes damage to the facilities or utensils of Onda Ananda, the client commits to full compensation for damages.

All treatments are subject to confidentiality by Onda Ananda.

Health information provided is treated with the strictest confidentiality. Client data is treated confidentially and is not shared with third parties.

Swiss law is applicable to all disputes arising from a contract between Onda Ananda and the client. The place of jurisdiction is Düdingen.

Onda Ananda reserves the right to amend the T&C at any time. The version of the T&C valid at the time of the conclusion of the contract shall prevail.
