PEP® Coaching by Dr Michael Bohne

PEP® (Process and Embodiment Focused Psychology) is a modern, effective method for emotional self-help and stress reduction. It combines psychological conversation techniques with body interventions such as tapping specific acupuncture points. The goal is to regulate distressing emotions, release inner blockages and strengthen self-efficacy – simply, quickly and sustainably.

You can never take lightness, confidence and humour seriously enough!

Certified PEP® practitioner

In summer 2025, I had the privilege of completing the PEP® I–III training directly with its developer, Dr. med. Michael Bohne – an inspiring and enriching experience for my work.

PEP® is an effective method that supports people in regulating distressing emotions such as fear, anger or sadness, releasing inner blockages and specifically strengthening self-esteem.

The method consists of three core elements:
  1. Emotion regulation through tapping – helps to perceive and calm strong emotions.
  2. Releasing unconscious blockages – through precise questions, inner resistances are uncovered.
  3. Self-worth training – targeted exercises to strengthen your own sense of self.

PEP® promotes self-efficacy and enables tangible change – often from the very first session.
